What is the Host Family process?

What happens once we have signed up?

When you sign up with us, our Case Manager will conduct a thorough needs analysis with your family. She will visit your family home and get to know you and what you need from an Au Pair.

We want to match you with the best Au Pair for your family's situation. Therefore we get to know you and what your needs and expectations are and then we go out and actively recruit a girl (or boy) who would be a good match. We interview with your family in mind. 

Upon completion of this analysis and your profile creation we will source Au Pairs that suit your needs. We won't send out any profiles of Au Pairs of whom we think that they won't be the right match for your family. We know that your time is precious and limited and we don't want you to waste time on Au Pairs of whom we think won't be a good match.

If you are interested in the Au Pair then we will introduce you both over email so you can arrange a time to speak with each other.

All going well we will confirm the placement with a confirmation letter then send you both the Agreement for you to read and sign.
